Oomsi is a property management platform operated by Oomsi, LLC for vacation rental owners and managers. We provide tools for managing properties, bookings, cleaning operations, and team coordination. We do not own or manage any properties ourselves.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. Prices are per property per month and vary by plan, with both monthly and annual billing options available. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — by subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of our services, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. You are responsible for all content you upload, including property information, photos, and team data.
All content, features, and functionality of Oomsi are owned by Oomsi, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without our prior written consent.
Oomsi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Oomsi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
