We also collect information about your properties and team members that you add to the platform. We do not collect or store guest payment information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you about your account and our services, and to send you notifications related to your properties and tasks. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely in EU-based data centres. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We integrate with third-party services such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO to sync your booking data. We use WhatsApp (via approved messaging providers) to send notifications to your team. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — by subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. These integrations only access the data necessary to provide the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
